Art a GoGo on Tour in London! Day Three

Day number three in London. We decided to take it easy today, so no podcast. We toured the The Queens Gallery and Buckingham Palace (very touristy, but definitely worth seeing). The current exhibit at The Queens Gallery is “Enchanting the Eye: Dutch Paintings of the Golden Age.” After that, we jumped on The Tube and spent some time walking around Piccadilly Circus. For you KINKS fans, we stopped and had beverage near Waterloo Bridge and walked across the bridge to watch a Waterloo Sunset.

A couple of things that you must “mind” when visiting London
– “Mind the Gap” – Warning to watch your step when exiting a train on The Tube
– “Mind Your Feet” – Sign on various stairwells on The Tube
– “Mind Your Head” – Sign in restaurant stairwell
– “Mind That Child” – Sign on an ice cream truck

New Blog Page + Podcast

Our blog has been down for a month while we migrated from Typepad (hosted blog) to our own website. Getting WordPress up and running was a pretty painless process. It’s a simple application to use…and it’s free! We’re still working on the layout and content of the blog, so look for some changes as things evolve.

In addition to the blog, we’re going to be launching a podcast. Stay tuned.

Here’s a link to the content from our old TypePad weblog.
